Do you accept orders placed outside the US?

Yes, we currently ship to Canada & Mexico.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 1 to 10 business days to arrive, depending on your local post office. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated. We do offer expedited shipping methods, shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We currently ship out of Southern California

When will my order ship?

We ship all orders within 24-48 business hours after receiving payment and confirmation of an order. Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) will be processed the following Monday. **Please note if it is a pre-order, we ship immediately once merchandise is stocked. If no date is noted, allow 4-6 weeks for shipment information to be sent out**

I am local and don't want to pay for shipping, what can I do?

We have the option of Local Pick Up available at checkout on select items. Be sure to select the Local Pick Up option (if available). Please make sure to provide a valid email address or phone number, so we can contact you. Local Pick Up is available on orders within a 10 mile radius of 91709. 

Do you restock on any styles/sizes once they are sold out?

Unfortunately, we rarely restock on anything once it becomes sold out. We highly suggest keeping up to date with us on our Social Media accounts to stay informed of our new releases so you don't miss out!

I emailed Customer Service about my order, how long will it take them to respond?

Depending on the volume of inquiries, it can take up to 24-48 hours to respond. Please only email once, and we will get back to you as soon as possible, thank you.
