We apologize that your item didn't work out :(

We accept returns and/or exchanges of product within 30 days of the product being received by the customer. Product cannot be worn or show any signs of wear.

Please email: info@nrvsapparel.com along with your Order Number and the reason for your return. Returns will be accepted for items within 30 days of purchase with the exception of final sale items, and items bought at a Pop-Up Location. All packaging must be in tact and the product must not show any signs of wear. For returns, customer will be given an online store credit equal to the amount of the item(s) that are being returned. We will generate a shipping label upon request of the exchange/return.
